Позиція Китайської Народної Республіки щодо російсько-української війни: зовнішньополітичні концепти та стратегічні інтереси

Про журналАнотація
Метою статті є проведення грунтовного аналізу зовнішньої політики Китаю в контексті російсько-української війни задля формування чіткого розуміння мотивів Пекіну щодо його позиції по відношенню до російської агресії проти України, встановлення основних зовнішньополітичних концептів Китаю і пріоритетів, з’ясування відносин Піднебесної із західними країнами та розробки рекомендацій для України задля схилення Пекіну до більш проукраїнської позиції. Методологія дослідження ґрунтується на поєднанні загальнонаукових (аналізу, синтезу, узагальнення) та спеціально історичних (історико-генетичного, історико-типологічного, історико-системного) методів з принципами історизму, системності, науковості та верифікації. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в проведенні аналізу та систематизації основних зовнішньополітичних концептів Китаю, на основі яких зроблено узагальнений висновок про стратегічний зовнішньополітичний курс країни та її позицію щодо російсько-української війни. Висновки. Встановлено, що Китай наполегливо впроваджує глобальні ініціативи, позиціонуючи себе як відповідального гравця на світовій арені. По відношенню до США китайські лідери проводять політику «великої країни» і намагаються розмовляти з Вашингтоном на рівних. По відношенню до російсько-української війни Пекін займає стриману позицію, уникаючи критики РФ та демонструючи відданість міжнародному праву. Доведено, що відносини Китаю з РФ носять стратегічний характер, тому Пекін не зацікавлений в ізоляції Москви та запровадженні санкцій проти неї. З’ясовано, що Китай та Україна мають відносини стратегічного партнерства та тісні торгові взаємини. Зроблено акцент, що відносини між двома країнами є важливими. У цьому контексті розроблено низку рекомендацій для формування більш проукраїнської позиції Китаю.
