Abstract
The article is devoted to the topical topic of preserving landscape and biotic diversity as an important component of the urban landscape of Yampil, which is consistent with the International Strategy for Sustainable Development and the new EU directive on the restoration of degraded landscapes. A number of methods and approaches were used to analyze the landscape structure, landscape and biotic diversity of the settlement and its surroundings, in particular geoinformation and geoecological route-field studies. The value importance of the centers of landscape and biotic diversity of the urban landscape of Podolsk Transnistria as promising nature conservation areas and the main structural elements of the local ecological network of the city of Yampil is substantiated. Based on the adopted selection criteria, key territories were identified and divided into macro-, meso- and mini-centers. Their description was carried out and the characteristics of the value for the protection of bio-, cenotic and landscape diversity were compiled. The detailed description of their internal structure makes it possible to assess the special role of key territories in the preservation of biodiversity, the landscape principles of the formation and further development of the city of Yampil. Key priority territories for the preservation of biotic, cenotic and landscape diversity were identified on the basis of current legal norms of various levels, which creates a basis for improving the structure of the urban eco-network. The results obtained are aimed at the preservation and effective use of biotic and landscape diversity in combination with the sustainable use of natural resources, which is one of the main tasks of modern nature management, ecological safety and nature protection. The developed recommendations are intended for use by environmental and administrative authorities for making planning decisions and when conducting any type of (land use, environmental, environmental, etc.) research.
