THEORETICAL BASICS OF STUDYING THE MECHANISMS OF THE CREATION OF THE MILITARY FIRE PROTECTION INSTITUTION IN UKRAINE: EXPERIENCE OF NATO MEMBER COUNTRIES

Abstract

In the contemporary process of the European integration of Ukraine, the understanding of foreign experience in the functioning of fire protection management systems is of particular importance. Studying the successful examples of developed countries in the field of military fire protection, it can be determined that the most relevant for Ukraine in this area is to bring the level of state policy in the field of fire safety in the defense sector of Ukraine to best international practices. The activities of this kind will contribute to the timely resolution of the issues of ensuring the protection of people's lives and health, the preservation of military equipment, the expansion of the country's economic potential and military infrastructure, both during a special period and in peacetime conditions. The article analyzes the legislation of Ukraine concerning military firefighters of Ukraine, substantiates the importance and necessity of the formation of a new type of fire protection institution of Ukraine - Military Fire Guard, analyzes the functioning system of military firefighters of NATO member countries, defines strategic directions of development that should be applied for Ukraine.
