Abstract

In the article goes about the problem of studying the features and possibilities of human, the conditions of targeted action for the development of creativity, creating a complete teaching and developing environment. The effective problem solving is done by use of modern teaching and learning process systems based on the principles of design and technology, providing simultaneous development, training and education of students by involving them into active creative work. The article focuses on the formation of a high level of technological culture as part of the general culture, and ensuring accelerated development of the technological environment by forming systematically and globally minded individuals that have innovative way of thinking and activities necessary to form a personality that is capable of achieving high results transformational activities in freedom of choice and competition.
