The abstract examines the psychological aspects of the emotional well-being of art teachers under the conditions of full-scale war in Ukraine. It emphasizes the dual nature of the psychological burden on this category of educators: a combination of personal experience of chronic stress and the responsibility for providing emotional support to students. The study outlines key psychological risks (increased anxiety, emotional burnout syndrome, secondary traumatization, emotional exhaustion) and resources (creative self-realization, emotional intelligence, professional identity, support from the professional community) affecting the emotional well-being of art teachers during the war. The basic conditions for maintaining psychological resilience are proposed, and directions for further scientific and practical support of the emotional well-being of art education teachers are defined.References
