Copyright and licence terms

"Ukrainian Literature: Historical Experience and Perspectives" is an open-access academic journal that upholds the principles of the free dissemination of academic information and the global exchange of knowledge for the common good of society, and provides immediate open access to published content.

If an article is accepted for publication in the journal "Ukrainian Literature: Historical Experience and Perspectives", the author must sign a Licence Agreement for the use of the work under open access terms. The signed agreement must be sent by post (to the editorial office) or by email (as a scanned copy).

By this agreement, the author certifies that the submitted material:

- does not infringe the copyright of other individuals or organisations;

- has not previously been published in other publications and is not currently under consideration for publication in other publications.

The author transfers the economic copyright to the publisher, specifically for:

- the publication of the article in Ukrainian and the distribution of its printed copy;

- the distribution of an electronic copy of the article, as well as an electronic copy of the printed translation via any electronic means (placement on the journal’s official website, electronic databases, repositories, etc.).

The author reserves the right, without the consent of the publisher or the founders, to use the material of the article, in whole or in part, for educational purposes, for writing their own theses, for preparing abstracts and conference papers, as well as for oral presentations.

To post electronic copies of the article on:

- the personal web resources of all authors (websites, web pages, blogs, etc.);

- the web resources of the institutions where the authors work (in particular, institutional repositories);

- non-commercial open-access web resources.

In all cases, a bibliographic reference to the article or a hyperlink to its electronic copy on the journal’s official website is mandatory.
