Modeling the professional activities of a rhythmic gymnastics coach

The skill of the best coaches, the study of their experience, and the development of the model of coaches` professional activity in rhythmic gymnastics allows you to outline the path that leads to a cherished goal –high sports results. We used the analysis of scientific and methodological literature, systematization and generalization, surveys, pedagogical observations of the training, competitive process and questioning. The article formulates the professional characteristics of the individual in the activities coach of rhythmic gymnastics. The model takes into account the activities of the best coaches of the country, their knowledge, skills and individual experience. Presents the main components of the model of pedagogical activity, necessary in coaching. It identified the most important factors that have an impact on the professional qualities of the coach in rhythmic gymnastics. There were developed exactly practical recommendations were that will allow coaches to identify their own shortages and advantages at their work, to see the direction towards self-improvement and the prospects for achieving high results. In order to fulfill his professional duties, the coach needs to know the specifics of the chosen sport, the content of official duties, the criteria by which his business and personal qualities are assessed. In this article, we tried to reflect not only the model of the coach`s personality in rhythmic gymnastics, but also the specifics of this sport. What is more, we have identified characteristics and actions that will meet current needs for the implementation of coaching activities. They have to have a deep knowledge that is the subject of their specialization, they must approach the learning process with a professional interest, with an understanding of the tasks, with a sober self-assessment of their professional training.
