THE ARTISTIC AND EDUCATIONAL POTENTIAL OF SAMCHYKIVKA PAINTING IN THE CREATION OF MODERN TEXTILE ART AND THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF FUTURE ARTISTS

Abstract

The theses examine the artistic and educational potential of Samchykivka painting in the context of contemporary decorative art. The stylistic and compositional features of Samchykivka painting are analyzed, as well as the possibilities of their creative interpretation in modern textile art. Special attention is paid to the use of Samchykivka painting motifs in the creation of an author’s decorative composition in the carpet embroidery technique. The role of traditional folk art in the formation of professional competencies of future artists and in the development of their creative thinking is also considered.
