Complaints Policy
The Editorial Board is committed to a prompt and constructive resolution of all complaints. The Board and journal staff investigate each case based on its specific nature and complexity, ensuring that all decisions align with the Core Practices and guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Inquiries or formal complaints should be submitted to the journal's official email. We aim to provide an initial response within thirty business days; however, complex investigations may require additional time to reach a final resolution.
To ensure an efficient review, complaints must be concise, evidence-based, and include sufficient detail to demonstrate a potential breach of publication ethics. Whenever possible, supporting documentation should be attached to the claim.
Regarding personal complaints against authors, editors, or reviewers, a response will be provided clarifying whether the matter falls within the journal's editorial responsibility. Please note that the Editorial Board reserves the right to decline an investigation if the communication is submitted in an abusive, threatening, or defamatory manner.
