Fees

The journal operates under a non-commercial publication model, ensuring equal access to scholarly knowledge for all researchers. The journal does not charge authors any fees for submission, peer review (APCs), editorial processing, or the publication of manuscripts.

Publishing an article in the journal is entirely free of charge for all categories of authors, including:

• Academic and research staff;
• PhD candidates (students of the third cycle of higher education) in full-time and other forms of study;
• Doctoral candidates and independent researchers.

There are no hidden costs or "fast-track" fees. Access to the electronic versions of all published articles is provided immediately and free of charge.
