Anti-plagiarism Policy
Authors bear full personal responsibility for adhering to the ethics of scientific citation and for any improper borrowings or unauthorized use of research results from others. Only original manuscripts that have not been previously published in any language are accepted for consideration.
By submitting a manuscript, authors guarantee:
- The scholarly originality of the research;
- The complete absence of plagiarism in all its forms;
- Accurate and appropriate citation of third-party works where applicable.
All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using specialized software: StrikePlagiarism. Editors and reviewers are required to report any suspected cases of academic misconduct.
The Editorial Board reviews all instances of identified plagiarism and reserves the right to reject a manuscript prior to the peer-review process. Manuscripts are evaluated based on the following metrics:
- Originality above 85%: The manuscript is accepted for further consideration.
- Originality between 75% and 85%: The paper is returned to the authors for revision, with instructions to address borrowings and resubmit the revised version.
- Originality below 75%: The manuscript is rejected.
- Single-source similarity must not exceed 3%.
Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable and is treated as unethical conduct and a breach of professional standards, contradicting the journal's "Publication Ethics" policy. If plagiarism is detected after publication, the Editorial Board will conduct a thorough investigation, contact the author, and take necessary actions, including potential retraction of the article.
