Compliance with international principles and recommendations (COPE, WAME, DORA)
The journal Didactics of Mathematics: Theory, Experience, Innovations adheres to internationally recognized principles of publication ethics and responsible scientific publishing. In its editorial policy, the journal follows the recommendations of leading international organizations and initiatives in the field of academic integrity and ethics in scientific communication.
Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE)
The editorial board uses COPE recommendations as a basis for forming publication ethics policy and for preventing violations of academic integrity. The editorial board is guided by the relevant guidelines when considering cases of plagiarism, falsification or manipulation of research data, incorrect authorship, conflict of interest, as well as in the process of making decisions regarding the correction of published materials, publication of notices of concern and retraction of articles.
World Association of Medical Editors (WAME)
The editorial board supports the principles of editorial integrity, which include transparency and justification of editorial decisions, independence and impartiality of peer review, proper management of conflicts of interest, and the editorial team's responsibility for ensuring high standards of scientific publishing.
San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA)
The journal supports the principles of responsible research assessment and does not encourage the evaluation of the quality of manuscripts or the scientific contribution of authors solely on the basis of formal scientometric indicators or journal metrics. The decision to accept an article for publication is based primarily on the scientific quality of the research, its novelty, methodological soundness, and the significance of the results obtained for the development of the relevant field of science.
These principles are implemented through the journal's policies and procedures, including: the review procedure, the editorial ethics compliance procedure, the consideration of information and appeals, the artificial intelligence (AI) policy, copyright, and deposit.
