Pedagogical technology of formation the football motor skills and abilities of female students in the process of physical education

Abstract

Relevance of the research topic. The use of the traditional approach to physical education of young people in today's conditions is losing its relevance and needs to be revised to take into account current trends in society. The purpose of the study is to experimentally substantiate the effectiveness of pedagogical technology for the formation of motor skills and abilities in football in female students in the process of physical education at the higher educational establishments. Material and methods of research. The study involved 35 second-year students of Vinnytsia National Medical University named after M.I. Pyrohov. The study was conducted during the March-May 2018-2019 school year. Research results and key conclusions. The need to apply the latest approach to physical education with the choice of interesting for young people physical activity and, at the same time, the effectiveness of algorithmic training programs in physical education with students, determined the main provisions of the proposed pedagogical technology for motor skills in female students. The content of pedagogical technology consisted of 3 components: algorithmic curricula, the implementation of which was enhanced by the use of interactive teaching methods and independent work of students. Analysis of the dynamics of the studied indicators during the experiment allows us to note a statistically significant (p<0.05) positive effect of the proposed pedagogical technology for the formation of motor skills in football students of the experimental group on the result of ball strokes on accuracy and speed ball dribbling in a straight line in the range from 5.1 to 25.2%. The students of the control group had a statistically significant improvement only in the result of ball shots on accuracy by 21.5%.
