Програми підвищення кваліфікації учителів математики в Ізраїлі: проблеми та інновації

У статті представлено результати аналізу сучасних тенденцій розвитку освіти Ізраїлю, зокрема здійснено ґрунтовний аналіз окремих програми підвищення кваліфікації учителів математики в Ізраїлі. Схема професійного розвитку вчителів після завершення навчання в закладах освіти і здобуття певного досвіду професійної діяльності була розроблена в Ізраїлі в межах освітньої реформи. Відповідно для того, щоб забезпечити високий рівень якості освітнього процесу, вчителі мають здійснювати навчання впродовж життя, адаптуватись до нових освітніх вимог, інтегрувати інноваційні методи навчання у власну діяльність, брати активну участь у професійних спільнотах, співпрацювати з колегами. Наведені у дослідженні факти свідчать, що програми підвищення кваліфікації учителів математики в Ізраїлі мають суттєві відмінності порівняно з українськими і заслуговують на вивчення досвіду їх організації та реалізації.
Зроблено висновок, що в системі освіти Ізраїлю є певні особливості, які варто розглянути з метою використання їх окремих принципів в українській системі післядипломної освіти. Встановлено, що важливою складовою є співпраця між освітніми установами, університетами та науковими центрами, що сприяє постійному оновленню знань вчителів відповідно до сучасних наукових досягнень.
