• violation of ethical standards of research.
In case of suspicion of such violations, the reviewer is obliged to notify the editorial office with a reasoned explanation.
Constructiveness and correctness of comments
The reviewer's comments should be clear, reasoned and aimed at improving the scientific quality of the manuscript. Criticism should be professional and correct, without biased or offensive wording.

The editorial office analyzes the check report for similarity and makes a decision in accordance with international standards of publication ethics (COPE). If incorrect borrowings are detected, the manuscript is returned to the author for revision or rejected.
The journal's review policy provides for the following:
Reviewer status.
ll manuscripts are reviewed by external independent experts who are not members of the journal's editorial board and have no conflict of interest with the authors or the subject matter of the submitted manuscript.
Type of review.
The journal uses a double-blind peer review procedure, in which neither the authors know the identities of the reviewers, nor the reviewers know the identities of the authors.
Making a final decision.
The final decision to accept, revise, or reject the manuscript is made by the editor-in-chief based on the reviewers' conclusions and taking into account the scientific quality, originality, and compliance of the manuscript with the journal's thematic profile.
Review timeframe
The standard initial review period is approximately 3-4 weeks from the moment the manuscript is sent to the reviewers. If the author needs to make any further revisions, subsequent rounds of review may take an additional 2-3 weeks.
DOUBLE-BLIND PEER REVIEW POLICY
Basic principles
Double-blind peer review assumes that the authors of the article do not know the identity of the reviewers, and the reviewers do not know the authors. This approach ensures objectivity of the assessment, minimizing bias based on the personality, scientific institution, country, or previous publications of the authors.
Submission and review procedure
• The author sends a manuscript formatted in accordance with the journal's requirements. The materials should not contain information that directly or indirectly identifies the authors (name, name of the institution, special information).
• The editorial board checks the manuscript for compliance with formal requirements and the absence of a conflict of interest.
• The editor appoints two reviewers based on thematic competence.
• Reviewers receive materials without any information about the authors. They evaluate scientific novelty, methodology, reliability of results, logic of presentation and compliance with ethical standards.
• Reviewers provide written comments and recommendations (to accept, revise or reject the article) to the editorial board.
Advantages of double-blind review:
• Increases the impartiality of the assessment;
• Promotes fair competition among authors;
• Reduces the risk of discrimination on personal or institutional grounds;
• Encourages authors to more carefully prepare and substantiate their materials.
Responsibility of the reviewer and the editorial board
• Reviewers must observe confidentiality and not disclose the information received;
• The editorial board ensures that the process remains anonymous and transparent;
• In the event of a conflict of interest, the reviewer or editor must report this and avoid evaluating a specific manuscript.
Final provisions
Double-blind review is a standard procedure for ensuring high scientific quality of publications. The journal reserves the right to apply other types of review in individual cases, but authors are informed about this in advance.
