У статті дискурсивно аналізуються навички ефективної міжкультурної комунікації. Звертається увага на важливості розвитку навичок спілкування. розглянуто ключові аспекти розвитку навичок ефективного міжкультурного спілкування, що є важливими в умовах глобалізації. Аналізуються поняття міжкультурної комунікативної компетентності, яка включає знання, уміння, мотивацію та емпатію, необхідні для ефективної взаємодії з представниками інших культур. Визначено чинники, що впливають на розвиток міжкультурної компетентності, серед яких освіта, досвід занурення та мовна підготовка. Підкреслено важливість продовження досліджень для вдосконалення стратегій навчання та розвитку міжкультурних навичок.
