The relevance of the research topic. Connective tissue dysplasia is often not a disease, but a special condition in which individuals do not have obvious deviations from the norm in physical and psychological development, but are characterised by increased flexibility and plasticity. Connective tissue dysplasia is a concomitant of congenital abnormalities of the body, which lead to a decrease in functional status, cause pathology of the musculoskeletal system and internal organs, which affects the level of adaptive capacity of the body. One of the most common signs of connective tissue dysplasia is joint hypermobility. The purpose of the article is to determine the manifestations of joint hypermobility among women of the first period of adulthood with different types of posture. Methods. Theoretical analysis of special scientific and methodological literature, photography and visual screening of the biogeometric posture profile, clinical signs of joint hypermobility were diagnosed according to the criteria of R. Beighton, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. A study of individual manifestations of joint hypermobility among women in the first period of adulthood showed that forward trunk flexion was the most common type of hypermobility. In this subsection, we investigate the manifestations of joint hypermobility among women in the first period of adulthood (25-34 years) with different types of posture: normal, round back and scoliotic posture. The argument in proving that the fact of the disorder is closely related to joint hypermobility was the use of the CHAID classification method, which resulted in a decision tree. Conclusions. It was found that about one third of the studied women (30.6%) had a moderately pronounced excess of the physiological norm of joint hypermobility, all of them were characterised by postural disorders. The most common type of hypermobility was forward flexion of the trunk (33.3%). A high level of flexibility was also observed in the joints of the fingers and hands (19.4%-22.2%). Passive over-extension in the elbow joint of the right and left arms of more than 10° was observed in 13.9% and 11.1% of women, respectively. The least common was passive over-extension in the knee joint (5.6%-8.3%). It has been proven that joint hypermobility is closely related to postural disorders, which emphasises the need for systematic monitoring of joints and ensuring appropriate physical activity to maintain health during health fitness classes with these categories of women.
