Open Access Policy
The journal Innovations in Preschool and Primary Education is a fully Open Access journal. All articles are freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication, without subscription or registration barriers.
Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, provided that proper attribution to the original work is given.
Authors retain copyright to their articles and transfer the right of first publication to the journal by agreeing to the terms of the license Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited. Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit the published version of their articles on personal and institutional websites, as well as in open-access repositories, without any embargo.
Archiving
To ensure long-term digital preservation and accessibility, the journal uses the
PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) archiving service. All published materials are subject to mandatory archiving on the journal’s web platform and in specialised secure storage systems, ensuring their integrity, protection and continued accessibility to the academic community.
The journal "Innovations in Pre-school and Primary Education" is governed by Order No. 229_od of 27 November 2025 of the Mykhailo Kotsyubynskyi Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University "Regulations on the Institutional Repository of the Mykhailo Kotsyubynskyi Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University" (The author reserves the right, without the consent of the editorial board and the founders of the publication: to use the materials of the article in whole or in part for educational purposes; to use the materials of the article in whole or in part for writing their own works; to use the materials of the articles for preparing abstracts of reports, conference reports and oral presentations; place electronic copies of the article (including the final electronic version downloaded from the official website of the journal) on: personal web resources of all authors (websites, web pages, blogs, etc.); web resources of the institutions where the authors work (including electronic institutional repositories); non-commercial open access web resources)
All published articles are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
