Peer Review
The review process is as follows: upon receipt of the article, the editorial board:
1) checks for plagiarism;
2) checks for relevance to the subject matter of the publication and checks for basic formatting requirements;
3) the decision to accept or reject the article is made on the basis of the conclusions of at least two independent reviewers;
4) the review procedure is double-blind: the identities of authors and reviewers are not disclosed to each other.
All materials submitted to the editorial office are considered in compliance with the principles of confidentiality.
