License terms. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work’s authorship and initial publication in this journal. The journal authorizes authors to use published material, at any time and with no ment to seek permission, quoting the journal in which it was published. The journal allows readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search and access the full texts of its articles, and allows readers to use them for any other legitimate purposes while retaining initial authority with the purpose to stimulate the exchange of knowledge and the internationalization of science.
