HOW TO EDUCATE A TEACHER?

Анотація

 I have for 30 years worked within the Norwegian school system in different positions,
mainly as teacher and principal .
 Currently I work as a teacher (Bore ungdomsskule) and also as a practice teacher for
students at the University of Stavanger.
 As a teacher I originally I chose to get a general qualification, but also specialised in
biology and physical education.
As you understand, I am a practitioner and attend this conference to listen and to learn. When
asked to write this paper I accepted, but ask all of you to understand that what I write refers to
practical experiences.
