USE OF SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES TO MAKE SUCCESSFUL MANAGEMENT DECISIONS OF ZVO HEADS ON THE BASIS OF HIGHER EDUCATION QUALITY MONITORING

The article proposes the use of scientific approaches that will be effective for making successful
management decisions of freelance managers on the basis of monitoring the quality of higher education.
With the help of a systematic approach, we structured the pedagogical process and distinguish in it
informational, psychological, pedagogical, social, professional and subject, etc. components. Qualimetric
approach, provided a quantitative assessment of the quality of activities in the implementation of
measurements in monitoring the quality of education. The leading idea of the activity approach is to consider the activities of students as a process of solving tasks aimed at achieving the goal. The goal-
oriented approach was aimed at achieving a certain goal, which was implemented through targeted
programs aimed at ensuring a direct relationship between the allocation of budget resources and the actual
results of their use in accordance with the policy priorities of higher education institutions. With the help
of a problem-oriented approach, we have developed a program for the selection of existing problems of the
educational system, combined all stages of the monitoring process into one whole, and completed the implementation of the project. The personal approach directed students to create conditions for self-
development, self-actualization, self-realization, individual work and further improvement of professional qualities of the future professional. Competence approach became the basis for improving the education
system of higher education institutions, strengthening the practical orientation of the content of education.
We used the benchmarking approach, which we considered to be the standard by which any quality of an
object is measured. It is now impossible for higher education institutions to exist without the constant use
of the Internet, which has led to the emergence of quasi-benchmarking.
