Abstract

One of the defining directions of solving the problems of improving the quality of education
is the development of pedagogical systems and their components, the use of new approaches and teaching
methods, which are implemented in close cooperation with the latest digital technologies. Increasing the
motivation of students, involving them in interaction within the educational process allows to improve the
quality of education, to form the necessary competencies. It is proved that digital learning technologies
have great educational and developmental potential, provide maximum activity of participants in the
educational process, optimal learning time and its effectiveness.

At the stage of development of digital society, changes in the educational paradigm towards personal self-
development are needed, the main aspect of which is to overcome the orientation of traditional educational

systems to the digital model of learning and change it to practical orientation. The main task of the first
approach to the problem of digital technology in education is to create technological, these, methodological
and «professional-psychological» bases for training academic and administrative staff to understand and
implement the e-learning program.
Modern educational online environments designed for learning and monitoring using modern digital
technologies and are a set of software tools that allow you to use the benefits of e-learning technology in
all forms of learning, as well as monitoring. The development of e-learning as an online education is an
urgent educational task. This gives the opportunity to gain knowledge: without limiting the location of
teachers and students.
One of the directions of the process of digitalization of society is the digitalization of education. An
effective means of solving this problem in the field of education is the use of e-learning technologies. In
order for the use of e-learning technologies in the educational process to be as effective as possible, it must
be properly organized through a system of organizational, technical, programmatic and methodological
measures. This will be the main subject of our study.
