SYSTEM OF METHODOLOGICAL WORK WITH AS A PLATFORM FOR ENSURING THE DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHERS 'READINESS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND CONSULTATIVE ACTIVITIES

The article presents the analysis of the methodical system of the preschool education institution as a platform for ensuring the development of teachers' readiness for educational and counseling activities. The methodical system of the preschool education institution is considered as the environment conducive to the development of the preschool teacher's personality, his/her professionalism, skill, motivation for creativity and professional development. The functions of the methodical system of the preschool education institutions are defined: informational, educational, control-diagnostic, correction-prognostic, organizational, research, communicative, personality training, gnostic. On the basis of the regulatory documents, concerning the organization of the preschool education, a conclusion is made on the importance of creation of an informational and educational space for parents and other family members involved in education; upgrading professional skills of the teachers due to familiarization with the family education experience; promoting an integration of the family education into the social personality training.
The analysis of the functions, tasks, principles that are assigned to the system of methodical work of the preschool education institutions, as well as the content of educational and counseling activities of the educator, allowed to distinguish the main types of the methodical work: informational (creating a curriculum of information for the parents), methodical (promoting the interaction of parents and children in the family education), organizational (ensuring interaction between the preschool teacher and parents as well as actualizing the knowledge of the teacher), motivational-stimulative (upgrading skills of the preschool teachers).
The modern pedagogical problems that require education and counseling of the parents of the preschool pupils are identified that should be organized in a methodically correct way: the problem of child inclusion and giftedness; attention to family upbringing and creation of the conditions and a methodical basis for organization of modern events in order to provide parents with new pedagogical knowledge and applied competencies.
