Abstract

The article considers the modern pedagogical technologies and innovative methods, which are used in the process
of training and education of young specialists. It analyses the peculiarities of interactive technologies and its importance in
the educational process. The emphasis has been placed on the application of modern pedagogical technologies in the process
of professional training of future specialists. The article gives a detailed analysis of some teaching methods. The training
(couching) is described as one of peculiar educational techniques at psychology classes.
