The article highlights the features of the realisation of the productive learning system grade musical-pedagogical
education, the training of masters of musical art as all-integrated phenomenon, discovered it-based structure.
With the purpose of theoretical justification of the principle productively focused training in the implementation of
tasks of the practical training of students to work on a speciality offered a variety of scientific approaches, that caused
external and internal factors, systematic activity, resource and recreational-personologi factors.
In the article it is the role of assistance practices as the leading type of educational and professional activity, which
completes a cycle of disciplines prescribed by the curriculum of pedagogic University musical direction of training in the
field of knowledge «art».
Author of pedagogical conditions under which acquires the effectiveness of organizational-methodical system of
training future teachers of musical disciplines for the observance of the principle of productive oriented training.
