Abstract

This article reveals the improvement of training of heads of executive authorities, local self-government with the use
of modern technology training to their minimum separation from their primary responsibilities in the workplace, and
bringing to perform practical tasks of protecting the population and territories unit managers. Available algorithm with
implementation of e-learning in the network of regional educational-methodical center of civil protection and life safety in
Ukraine.
