This article reviews the experience of the Russian Federation on the introduction of innovative technologies in the
transition of higher education in third -generation state standards. The characteristic of the project «MESI - Smart —
University» The notion of «Smart - University «, «Smart — society» proved the importance of the experience of MESI in the
training of tax officials in Ukraine .
