Abstract

In the article examined the structure of interpersonality conflict, two aspects are distinguished in which: semantic
(matter of dispute) and psychological, related to the emotional reacting on reasons of conflict. Elements of conflict is
analysed: conflict situation, participants of conflict, object and object of conflict, grade of opponents, reasons, characters
of conflict situation, incident, conflictogen, conflict intercourse, consequences of conflict. Psychological mechanisms are
considered and factors, determining the dynamics of interpersonality conflict.
