Abstract

The article deals with the problem of corporate e-Learning in South Korea companies for training of their labor
force. The author pays special attention to the reasons of growing interest to the training programs through the Internet,
the part which government and companies play in transforming the state into an information-based society. The forms
and methods of corporate e-Learning are revealed, the content of training is analyzed.
