Abstract

The problem of actual absence of management system of future lawyers’ self-learning work with the needs of
educational institutions in such a structure is considered. The seven principles of functioning of a management system that
regulate the system’s structure, substantive features, target orientation are studied. The specific of preparation of lawyers
is taken into account.
