Abstract

The enlightenment about the innovative pedagogical technologies, the knowledge of their sense and methodology, a high level of culture to use the innovations at the educational work, personal convince of necessity to use innovative pedagogical technologies are the components of innovative competences of a teacher was depicted.The process of formation of the psychological readiness for innovative activity has its own peculiarities, which are perceived by age and professional characters of teachers.

There are some main characters of teachers’ psychological readiness. They are the feeling of necessity to children and an opportunity to see the results of their own activity, adequate perception of children with special needs, the level of their own personal potation, flexibility in choosing forms and methods of work, communicative skills, steady of stress.

It is indicated that this readiness can be elaborated in particular it is proposed the training of forming psychological readiness of a teacher to work in inclusive education.
