PEDAGOGICAL MODEL OF FORMATION OF POLITICAL CULTURE OF FUTURE OFFICERS OF HIGHER MILITARY EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS

Abstract

Identification of political culture as a particular phenomenon is grounded by the specifics of
professional activity and demands to the personality of an officer in modern conditions. To have a better
understanding of political culture in all its relations and components, we provided system approach to
researching this phenomena. Analysis of professional activity with consideration of prognosis of
development of science, culture, economics, social and cultural sphere is the main condition of
elaborating the model. The most complicated moment is the transition from the model of activity to the
model of training the officers. Though the model of training the officers is based on the model of activity
but they are inadequate and to some degree do not coincide. We emanate from the fact that modeling
allows more accurately define scientific problem, identify its interrelations with analogical problems, test
the hypothesis of research. Research of the theory of modeling enabled to find the means of modeling –
“the algorithm of modeling that includes setting up the tasks of research, creation of the model, research
of its abilities, transfer of the received knowledge to the real object (analysis of correspondence and
interpretation). The model constitutes a certain copy of a real object or phenomenon. The article presents
a pedagogical model of formation of political culture of future officers as an integral phenomenon that
comprises the aim, contents, forms and technologies of realization, pedagogical conditions and final
result – high level of political culture and includes four blocks: conceptually purposeful , content,
organizational and activity, diagnostic and effective blocks.
