INDIVIDUAL WORK IN THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATION MASTERS AS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR OF THEIR PROFESSIONAL GROWTH

The article shows the essence and content of the individual work of master-students in the process of
technological training - the organizational form of the educational process (along with lectures, laboratory and
practical classes) which is carried out by master-students under the supervision of the teacher in the classroom and
during non-school hours in order to increase the level of their professional maturity. The features and forms of
individual work organization in the process of future technological education specialists training have been disclosed.
In the conditions of a magistracy teacher needs to take into account the relationship of the content of self-individual
work with the formation of students-masters of competencies and methods for their evaluation. As the students of the
magistracy increase the responsibility for the quality of the work being carried out, it is therefore necessary to
constantly include them in an independent evaluation process in order to increase their professional maturity.
