BUILDING COMPONENTS AND CRITERIAS OF CREATIVITY IN THE FUTURE TEACHERS OF MUSIC

In the article the pedagogical conditions of formation the component-criterial structure of developing creativity in the future teacher of music are analyzed. As a result of researches different scientists the determination of components and criterias of creativity is given, where the main approaches to their studying are considered. The essence, indexes of identifiable components, which should have a future teacher of music: musical-creative, motivational, cognitive, creative-activity are considered and revealed, their indexes are described and abilities of creative-active component are revealed. Conclusions of the necessity of researching the components and criterias of creativity the teachers of music are made. At this time the changes in personality development and its professional formation occur. Today it is important what kind of person should be a teacher of music and their creative possibilities are considere. The main qualification characteristic of future teacher is pointed. The creative potential of individual is considered, as the main characteristic of future teacher of music and becomes finding ways to prepare future professional to the creative activity. The analysis of the definition of «creative music» is implemented, points out the importance of studying music courses in training future professionals, and considers, that the creative development of future music teachers at teacher training colleges is a complex process.
