THE ESSENCE OF THE PREPAREDNESS CONCEPT FOR THE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY OF THE FUTURE OFFICERS IN THE MIA SYSTEM OF UKRAINE

Abstract

This article summarizes the theoretical aspects of future officers’ formation to the management activity in the internal affairs system. Based on the opinion of scientists is found that the readiness management activities is considered as a complex, stable formation of personality, expressing specialist’ desire, based on available professional knowledge, skills, professional orientation and personal qualities to successfully meeting of the challenges of personnel management and the department as a whole ; provides for a special organization of the educational process of future officers; application of the theoretical model of management skills; taking into account the importance of objective and subjective factors for this process; the future officers’ awareness in involvement to the system of preparation for future activities. The current stage of development of Ukrainian society is characterized by intensification of control and complication management systems, modification of management communication, qualitative changes in the definition of strategic guidelines and priority management objectives. These processes are put in the forefront not only the problem of management, but also improve the ways and methods of its implementation subjects of management. The effective training process of officers is a priority in every state. As a result level of professional readiness of officers, their management abilities and skills, special abilities in difficult situations depend largely on the success of the tasks assigned to the police. In the article is considered the management of future officers in the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a complex, stable formation of personality, expressing the desire specialist, based on available professional knowledge, professional orientation and personal qualities to successfully meet the challenges of management personnel and the unit as a whole; provides for a special organization of the educational process of future officers; application of the theoretical model of managerial skills; taking into account the importance of objective and subjective factors for this process; awareness of the future officers to involve in the system of preparation for future activities.
