Modern trends in vocational education: problems and prospects

In this scientific article is analyzed the current state of vocational education. Listed main tendencies of development
of vocational education, defined key characteristics and trends, according to which there is carried out a reform of the system of
vocational education.
In this article an attention is focused on the necessity of improvement the system of vocational education to prepare professionals
that correspond international standards. Proposes the ways of their solution and highlighted the necessity of using innovative
pedagogical technologies for increase of professional level students, formation of their creative thinking, communication, disclosure of
personal qualities of future specialists. Considered the main methods of interactive learning and are presented peculiarities of their use
in the learning process. It is shown possibilities of impact of interactive learning technologies on the process of learning the new
knowledge, on abilities and skills, which form mobility and flexibility of thinking, enhance cognitive interest of future professionals to
learning, raise their self-esteem, increase the quality of training and improve indexes of knowledge control.
Discovered a number of positive factors and a series of difficult moments, that let’s to improve the information content of classes;
to stimulate motivation for training; to increase the visibility of learning; to make repeating of the most difficult moments of the training
course; to realize accessibility and perception of information through the parallel presentation of information; to create a teacher
comfortable working conditions during training – all are through the use of interactive methods.
