Abstract

To increase the efficiency of the educational process it’s necessary to use modern innovative technologies, including
interactive learning, transforming traditional training in interactive one. Such interactive forms of training as management of patients
with further discussion, business and role games, solving situational tasks, student conference, research, information and communication
technologies, etc.are applied in Haisyn Medical College in organizing inside and outside classroom independent work of students in
nursing in internal medicine.
Professional competence is the ability and willingness of specialist to act competently, independently and purposefully in a
professional situation, to solve business tasks on the basis of knowledge and experience, as well as using propessional knowledge and
skills to make decisions and improve his/her own activities as health care worker.
The use of modern innovative technologies in teaching and students’ learning activities increases the efficiency and optimizes
the processes of teaching and learning.
The article presents some results of the experience with the application of interactive technologies at teaching of nursing in
internal medicine at Haisyn Medical College.
