The development of professional competence of non-formal in system of the postgraduate education

Recently the of professional competence of teachers has become the central point of researcher's attention. The
strategic priority of the development of postgraduate pedagogical education is the applying of different forms of education and
professional growth of teachers based on andragogics, contemporary models of organization of educational process and acquiring a
better experience. The development of teachers professional competence in non-formal education establishments in the system of
postgraduate education is of great interest. The professional competence as a personal feature is essential for non-formal teachers
combines theoretical and practical knowledge and demands the ability to solve problems that occur in real life during the educational
process, using their own knowledge and life experience. One of the ways to solve the problem of professional competence is a special
approach which is in the core of the author's program «The Quality of non-formal education». The program is designed to provide
organizational and methodological support professional development of non-formal teachers. The structure, stages and ways of the
realization of the program for various categories of non-formal teachers are described in the article. The article accentuates the
impotence of differentiation while organization the educational process on the courses of development of professional competence of
non-formal teachers, and suggest different technologies in the system of postgraduate education.
