Pedagogical principles of the use of information and communications technologies in higher technical education

The current state of training in higher technical school with the use of information and communications technologies
was analyzed in the article. The importance of information and communications technologies in the creation of the global information
educational space was noticed. The importance of means of information and communications technologies in forming of the content of
training technologies, which must meet modern technical capabilities and provide harmonious entering of the future specialist into the
informational society, was estimated. The basic requirements for the implementation of information and communications technologies
in education were defined. The experience of ukrainian and foreign scientists who researched the issue of implementation of information
and communications technologies in various areas of pedagogical activities is described. The ambiguity in the interpretation of the term
«information and communications technologies» by individual researchers was found. The means of information and communication
technologies (video tutorials, computer training, educational animation programs, distance learning courses, web encyclopedia,
webinars, social services Web 2.0 (search engines, cognitive maps, project managers), computer testing program, applications), which
are used by teachers of higher technical educational institution in the implementation of pedagogical activities, were defined and the
peculiarities of their implementation into the training of students were noticed. The basic advantages and disadvantages of using of
information and communications technologies in providing of educational services to future professionals in higher technical education
are submitted.
