In this article is considered the problems of formation of motivation and management of engineering students. The
learning process requires a clear structuring of teacher’s materials to enhance the attention and interest of the young
generation of specialists. Obtaining the future experts necessary information to reinforce practical skills and examples based
on a good theoretical basis of presentation of educational materials is the main desire. Motivational approaches contribute
interest of students in learning and mastering the necessary skills. Motivation induces the knowledge of new and important
information in accordance with modern needs for highly qualified specialists.
