HUMANISTIC STRATEGY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION: XXI CENTURY

Abstract

ХХІ century demands a new education system in general and vocational training systems,
in particular. Today there is a problem of transformation of all system of vocational training which should
become a consequence of transformation of its each element. In already spent researches on this
problematics in insufficient degree shined: futurological forecasts which developments of technics and
technologies, social processes which define the maintenance of formation of the future concern; the concept
of transhumanism directed on improvement of intellectual and physical possibilities of the person for the
purpose of elimination of those aspects of human existence which transhumanists consider undesirable;
development of technologies of the accelerated training which allow in times and even tens times to
accelerate process of mastering by knowledge, abilities, skills and ways of activity; problems of formation of
an information society which have specific information-ecological character. On the basis of the analysis of
tendencies existing in formation the conclusion becomes that prospects of development and survival of
mankind integral are connected with formation of philosophy of humane professionalism which as a
condition and a professional work priority a priori recognises absence of harm for the person and its
orientation for the human blessing. The substantiated conclusion that the main humanistic strategy of
reproduction of experts of a new formation is presence and perspective preparation of is professionalpedagogical shots for which ideas of humane professionalism become own belief becomes and which it will
be possible to consider as moral professionals.
