The article analyzes the concept of Smart-learning as a new type of educational organization with a
large number of sources, the maximum variety of multimedia (audio, video, graphics), the ability to quickly and easily
tune in to the level and needs of the listener with mobile devices, describes the possibilities of implementing Smart -
education, the purpose of its strategy is defined, models are characterized, designed for creation of optimum
conditions of teaching and learning using technologies of Web 2.0 and network (cloud) service. , the properties of
Smart-education tools are defined, the essence of their discoveries is defined, the concept of Smart-environment and
its components are defined, the possibilities of using the Smart-environment by educational institutions are described
for creation of personalized professional-oriented mobile space of each profession, the possibilities and technologies of
using different kinds of e-learning in The composition of the Smart-environment for improving the quality of learning
using information and communication technologies, international experience in solving these issues is described. The
requirements for the teacher and other key players in the Smart Environment are defined. The use of the Smartmedium gives the opportunity to learn new qualities: in addition to securing the acquisition of knowledge, skills and
abilities, they must simultaneously motivate learning, and classes should be interactive, ie include multimedia
fragments, external electronic resources, animations to which the student can have access through smart means. The
development of training methods using Smart-technologies is important here, since the use of modern knowledge
requires the availability of a clear structure of training and proper information content.
