REALIZATION OF THE COMPETENT APPROACH IN PREPARATION OF NEW COMPUTER PROPERTIE

Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of the competence approach implementation in the
professional training process of the new generation specialists, in particular of the future English language teachers.
The content of the concepts of "competence", "competence approach" is substantiated. The characteristic features and
structure of the professional competence of the future Master in Education (English language and literature) are
determined. It is emphasized that in terms of the competence approach the level of education is determined by the
ability of a specialist to solve problems of varying complexity based on the accumulated knowledge and experience. It
is proved that the peculiar feature of professional training is the creation of a competent basis for the content of
training, the formation of professional competence of a future specialist in a particular field. It is emphasized that the
implementation of the competence approach positively influences the educational environment, as the motivation of
students to study increases and the attitude towards knowledge as being personally significant is stimulated.
