ICT AS THE MAIN CONTENT FOCUS IN THE TEACHER TRAINING SYSTEM

The article provides an overview of some basics and models of teaching digital skills to teachers, for their effective use in professional activities. In our modern society, improving the quality of education and achieving success in learning is determined not only by the presence of ICT in this process, but by the variety of transformations that involve not only using them as a way of consuming knowledge, but also forming their vision as tools for enrichment, creation and generation. new knowledge. And it is the teacher who has to play a major role in these processes. Deep and rich learning relationships between students and teachers lead to more effective learning operations. It is teacher training that is crucial for ensuring the educational process of pedagogically appropriate ICTs and for their more innovative and effective use. The key to the success of the emergence of new teacher communities, their joint activities in networks is to strengthen teachers' skills related to digital pedagogy and the development of learning skills by combining the research experience of teachers in educational institutions. From this point of view, investment in the initial training of the future teacher, his further professional development is no less important than investment in resources related to technology. The article states that teacher training should focus on the implementation of processes that can lead to projects aimed at promoting the pedagogical use of tools, resources, programs, services and environments that allow the provision of ICT at any time and from any time. what point of stay. The expediency of using e-educational resources in the system of training future teachers is substantiated. The most expedient ways of rational selection of network means of educational environment of systems of open education are substantiated.
