REALIZATION OF THE IDEA OF CREATIVE EDUCATOR`S PERSONALITY FORMING DURING DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM

Abstract

The article presents the experience of implementing the idea of creative educator`s personality
forming at Vinnytsia State Mykhailo Kotsyubynsky Pedagogical University during implementation of
educational programs in specialty 012 "Preschool education". The mechanism and gradual modernization of the educational program are revealed. In particular, the experience of setting and formulating goals of
the educational program is presented, the features of the educational program that distinguish it from other
domestic counterparts and ensure the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market, highlights the
specifics of competencies and program learning outcomes. The logic of embodying the idea of creative
educator`s personality forming in the context of the goals of educational programs is demonstrated. The
experience of improving the educational program in the context of integration of two specialties: «Preschool
education» and «Primary education» is revealed. The process of educational components improving is
highlighted. It is noted that the content of the disciplines of the educational programs in specialty 012
"Preschool education" contributes to the acquisition of «soft skills». The specifics of the selection of forms
and methods of organization of teaching and learning in higher education with a focus on the concept of
student-centeredness, giving preference to interactive methods of teaching and learning, the use of dialogic
forms and methods. Attention is paid to the algorithm constructing of an individual educational trajectory
for every student. In particular, the procedure for selecting elective courses by students at different stages
of study is revealed, the possibilities of non-formal education, the potential of students' participation at
scientific events, creative competitions and Olympiads are noted. The authors drew attention to the role of
research and teaching staff to ensure the educational programs in specialty 012 "Preschool education" in
ensuring the intensive development of the creative personality of the future teacher. The specifics of
cooperation with stakeholders, foreign higher education institutions and the public are revealed, the results
of such cooperation are presented.
