MODERN APPROACHES TO TRAINING FUTURE TEACHERS OF PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS

Abstract

This article elucidates some aspects of problem of future educators’ preparation for preschool
education establishments nowadays. The analysis of results of scientific researches comes true the aspects of the
marked problem open up in that.
The special attention is payed to the characteristics of different modern approaches of future educators’
preparation for modern preschool education establishments. It is ascertained, that among the other issues of the day, that need immediate solution is providing of
innovative character of base education of the mentioned above specialists; modernization of maintenance and
humanizing of methods and forms of training for the sphere of preschool education; recognition of personality of
student as the greatest value, taking into account his or her needs, inquiries’, capabilities and individual history of life.
Taking into account this aspect, the problem of development of culture and self-expression for future
specialists of preschool education is a major concern. The investigated phenomena are qualified as peculiarities, ways
and results of self-organised professional activity. The structural components (cognitive, emotional, and behavioural)
are specified on the basis of the nail of psychological and pedagogical literature. It is also noted that the concept of
research is ensured by the unity of methodological, theoretical and methodological aspects.
Conclusions of the research work are carried out and the prospects of the development are outlined in the
article.
