SCHOOL THEATER AND TEACHER'S PEDAGOGICAL SKILLS

The article analyzes the role of the school theater as an educational and educational tool. A
retrospective analysis of the development of the school theater in Ukraine is presented. The didactic tasks of the theater in
the development of teaching teacher's teaching skills are outlined. In the article it is determined that a productive teacher,
in addition to knowledge of the subject and technique, must have three components of psychological knowledge:
knowledge of psychological features, assimilation of the subject by students: knowledge of socio-psychological
peculiarities of the relationship between teacher-student, students with each other; Knowledge of autopsychological
peculiarities. In the article attention is drawn to the fact that the sensation of the living vivacity of life is achieved by the
means of the theater, which allows "to read" the behavior of each active person. The article also emphasizes that it is
impossible to raise the actual pedagogical culture and not to increase the theatrical culture. Both of them are inextricably
linked. It is emphasized that immersion in art stimulates interest in literature, history, develops national consciousness,
culture.
Organizing the fight of the stage characters. The teacher models, reproduces the interaction of people in
everyday life, which on the stage becomes the tools of understanding the laws of interaction between people, so that the
teacher receives psychological and pedagogical, special, methodological knowledge for successful solving pedagogical
tasks, analysis of pedagogical situations. Elements of theatrical art develop in the teacher the ability to synthesize
material, find it color, which helps students to penetrate into the world of their feelings, thoughts, to develop creative
potential.
Based on theoretical and methodological approaches, analysis of current practice, it is proved that it is
appropriate to use the means of theatrical art, the method of theatricalization and, accordingly, to prepare future
teachers with the help of theatrical disciplines.
