CRITERIA - DIAGNOSTIC APPARATUS FOR MEASURING THE FORMATION OF MANAGEMENT COMPETENCES OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN THE FIELD OF HUMAN SECURITY

Abstract

The article is devoted to the definition and analysis of criteria for the formation of managerial
competence of future specialists in the field of human security. The effectiveness of professional training of the future
specialist of a certain industry is analyzed, determined by the level of formation of his professional competence. The
components of managerial competence, criteria, indicators, levels and methods of evaluation of the formation of
managerial competence in future human security specialists are proposed and substantiated. It is proved that they
best reflect the essence of managerial competence of specialists in the field of human security covering five
components (cognitive, diagnostic, axiological, praxeological, reflexive) and, at the same time, give an idea of the
directions of their diagnostics, which must correspond to methodological techniques and methods of preparation
cadets and students to the management activity in the educational process of the in technical schools at the State
Emergency Situations Service of Ukraine.
The criterion - diagnostic apparatus of measurement is formed - tools, tools for diagnosing the state of
preparedness of future specialists for management activities in the bodies and subdivisions of the State Emergency
Situations Service of Ukraine.
