Abstract

The article presents an analysis of theoretical positions of scientists and definitive approaches to the essence and content of the concept of "creativity". The importance of the formation of this personal quality in future technology teachers is emphasized. It has been proven that the formation of creativity in the future teacher of technologies, which is an important component of his professional readiness and one of the conditions for self-realization, becomes especially relevant; creativity is associated with the activity of a teacher of any profile, but this quality is especially necessary for a technology teacher. It can manifest itself in the form of actual technological creativity and in other types of pedagogical activity. In order to analyze the importance of creativity for the future professional activity of students, the Educational and Professional Program "Secondary Education. Labor training and technologies" of the first (bachelor) level of higher education, specialty 014 Secondary education, subject specialty 014.10 Secondary education (Labor training and technologies), Field of knowledge 01 Education / Pedagogy, qualification: bachelor of secondary education (Labor training and technologies); teacher of labor training and technologies. It is proved that creativity, attracting the attention of researchers, was in the center of attention of various philosophical, psychological and pedagogical directions. The level of professional qualification of future technology teachers will largely depend on the ability to independently find ways to solve specific didactic tasks, to show unconventional thinking, to quickly find a way out of problematic situations, to choose original solutions - that is, on creativity. It is emphasized that the ability to be creative is a relevant professional quality of future teachers, the need for which is felt in today's education; only a teacher who has a high level of creativity and who has become a creative person can achieve success in professional activity today. The analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the researched problem also made it possible to clarify the meaning of the concept of "creativity" as a dynamic, integrative personal characteristic that determines the ability to be creative and is a condition for the self-realization of an individual.
